Rakuten (formerly Ebates)is running a great promotion until the end of the month. They are increasing the signup bonus and referrals to $30. This is the largest signup bonus they have offered.
If you don’t have an account, now is the best time to sign up. If you already have an account, then it is a great time to invite friends to join. Friends must be a new member and make minimum qualifying purchases totaling at least $30 within ninety days of becoming a member.

- Make a minimum purchase of $30 through Rakuten to get $30 signup bonus
- Invite friends with your unique code
- When they spend $30 with their first purchase, you both get a $30 bonus

This is the best bonus offered by Rakuten. They also have a different type of account that earns Membership Rewards instead of cashback, but that bonus was increased. It is still 1,500 Membership Rewards points.
