If you purchased and/or used WEN Hair Care Products, you could get a payment from a class action settlement. The Settlement will provide a total of $26,250,000 to fully settle claims of all persons who purchased and/or used WEN Hair Care Products in the United States and its territories between November 1, 2007 and September 19, 2016.
You qualify as long as you bought one of their products within that timeframe and don’t need to have used them or suffered any personal injury. Class Members who purchased WEN, but did not suffer physical injury, are part of Tier 1 and are still eligible for a one-time payment of $25.
Any member of the Settlement Class who alleges to have suffered personal injury including hair loss, hair damage, scalp irritation and emotional distress as a result of using WEN are part of Tier 2. With valid claim and proof they can receive up to a maximum of $20,000 per Class Member.
