Tom’s of Maine Class Action Settlement, Up To $28

A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit about the packaging and advertising of Tom’s of Maine products. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit allege Tom’s of Maine mislabeled its Covered Products by describing them as “natural.” Tom’s denies all the plaintiffs’ allegations and is entering into this settlement to avoid burdensome and costly litigation. The settlement is not an admission of wrongdoing.

  1. Danny Guru and all you blogsters out there, all you flagrant false filers and big mouths who told your whole family tree and your neighbors about class action settlements have ruined it for yourself!

You have knocked all the settlements down below 50% of the possible claim money your entitled to! For example: Carter Reed Settlement from a few months ago was a max of $150 but because of all the claims the max payoff was $28.. a poultry $28!!!!!! Nobody can keep a secret? If you like throwing $130.00 away, then why even file!

    • There’s nothing wrong with informing the public of such rebates that they might be eligible for. Some of them are for almost anyone out there, some others are for smaller groups.
I don’t see an issue here, sorry.
