Rove Launches Its Biggest-Ever Platform Expansion
Rove, the travel platform that helps consumers earn miles toward flights and hotels, today announced its largest product expansion since launch, introducing a new mobile app, Rove Dining, instant-earning gift cards, in-store shopping offers, redesigned browser extensions, and a completely rebuilt hotel booking experience.
The expansion significantly broadens how members can earn Rove Miles, moving Rove beyond online shopping and travel bookings and further connecting everyday spending with travel rewards. The latest update brings shopping, dining, gift cards, hotels, flights, and rewards together across a growing ecosystem designed to make earning travel rewards simpler and more accessible.

Rove Launches on Mobile
The Rove app is now officially available on iOS, with a public Android beta also open.
The app brings Rove’s core earning and travel tools into a single mobile experience, allowing members to track their Rove Miles, discover earning opportunities, purchase gift cards, explore participating restaurants, shop, book travel, and manage their accounts from their phones.
The app also lays the groundwork for a more personalized Rove experience, including the ability to surface relevant earning opportunities based on members’ interests and activity as the platform develops.
Introducing Rove Dining
Rove is also launching Rove Dining, allowing members to earn Rove Miles at thousands of participating restaurants. With industry-leading earn rates, Rove Dining gives its members unparalleled opportunities to collect rewards.
Members link an eligible payment card to their Rove account, choose a participating restaurant, and pay normally with the linked card. Pending miles are automatically added to the member’s account and post within a week of the meal.
There are no coupons to present, no activation required, no promotional codes to enter, and no receipts to upload.
Rove Dining is initially launching in select cities and will continue expanding nationwide with additional restaurants and neighborhoods.
Instant-Earning Gift Cards
Rove’s new gift card marketplace allows members to purchase eligible gift cards from participating brands and receive their Rove Miles instantly.
The feature gives members another way to earn miles on purchases they were already planning to make while also solving a common problem for travelers who need a small number of additional miles to complete a redemption.
For example, a member who finds an available award flight but is short of the required mileage can purchase an eligible gift card through Rove, receive the miles immediately, and use them toward the redemption without waiting for rewards to post.

Rove Completely Rebuilds Its Hotel Platform
Rove Hotels is receiving its largest overhaul to date, with stronger mileage earning opportunities, tens of thousands of additional properties, and a major expansion of Loyalty Eligible rates.
The redesigned booking experience also adds clearer bed configurations, more detailed room and property information, and a simplified approach to cancellation policies and meal plans.
At eligible hotels, travelers can select options such as flexible cancellation, non-refundable pricing, breakfast, half board, full board, and all-inclusive packages as add-ons rather than sorting through multiple offers for the same room. Certain selections may also offer enhanced Rove Miles multipliers.
Rove has also significantly expanded Loyalty Eligible hotel rates, which allow members to earn Rove Miles while remaining eligible for applicable benefits through a hotel’s own loyalty program, with around 99% hotel coverage within eligible chain properties. Depending on the property, rate, and program, those benefits may include hotel points, elite-night credits, and eligible status recognition.
The new platform additionally provides clearer bed information before booking, helping travelers determine whether eligible rooms contain configurations such as king beds, queen beds, twin beds, or sofa beds.
Rove is also introducing an AI-powered feature on the mobile app that allows members to ask common questions about properties, including information about amenities, pet policies, restaurants, and even distance from airports.
New Shopping Extensions and In-Store Rewards
Rove has debuted new Chrome and Safari browser extensions, along with a mobile Safari extension connected to the Rove iOS app.
The extensions allow members to discover available Rove Miles earning opportunities and apply coupons directly while shopping at participating retailers rather than needing to begin their shopping journey on Rove.
The updated extensions include thousands of additional stores, increased earning opportunities, and thousands more coupon codes.
Rove is also beginning to roll out in-store shopping offers, allowing members to earn Rove Miles at participating brick-and-mortar retailers after paying with an eligible linked card.
The program is expected to expand to thousands of participating retail locations, with additional stores and offers being added over time. Rove also plans to introduce personalized offers that members can enroll in for higher mileage earning opportunities at selected retailers.
Building a Broader Travel Rewards Ecosystem
Rove says that this expansion represents the foundation for the next phase of growth. Rove Dining will continue expanding into additional cities, more gift card brands will be introduced, in-store offers will reach additional retailers, and the mobile app will support increasingly personalized earning opportunities.
