Bilt Cash to Launch Next Year
Bilt revealed today that starting January 1, 2026 its status program will have a new addition, Bilt Cash. Bilt Cash will be earned in addition to Bilt Points, rewarding the most engaged members.
This new rewards currency works exclusively within the Bilt ecosystem without taking away any of the flexibility of your Bilt Points. Bilt Cash can be redeemed for fixed value at local merchants in the Bilt network (such as cash off when you use Mobile Checkout, hotels in Bilt’s Travel Portal, fitness classes, and Home Delivery orders). This means $10 in Bilt Cash is worth $10 with eligible.
It can also be used for one-time access to elite status benefits (such as upgraded status for Rent Day transfer bonuses, early access to experiences, and Home Away from Home access for Blue and Silver Members).
Bilt Cash will replace Milestone Rewards. But similar to Milestone Rewards, you’ll earn $50 in Bilt Cash every time you earn 25,000 Bilt Points. Each time you hit that 25,000 Bilt Point milestone, your Bilt Cash will be immediately usable.
Bilt says that any Milestone Rewards claimed before the end of the year will stay active until they expire, or you’ve earned the maximum amount of points for that Milestone Reward. Unused Milestone Rewards will expire at the end of the year as they transition to Bilt Cash.
You can see full terms and conditions at biltrewards.com/terms/bilt-cash. As a reminder, Bilt will switch to Cardless next year, which will replace Wells Fargo. It will also offer two new credit cards besides the current Bilt Mastercard.
