U.S. Bank Shopper Cash Rewards Card No Longer Available for Applications

It appears that the U.S. Bank Shopper Cash Rewards Visa Signature Card is no longer open to new applicants.

The card’s dedicated application page now redirects visitors to U.S. Bank’s general credit card page rather than displaying an application. While U.S. Bank has not issued a public announcement, the redirect strongly suggests that the card has been pulled from new applications.

The Shopper Cash Rewards card has a unique offering of 6% cash back at two retailers of your choice (from a list that included Amazon, Walmart, Target, Apple, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy, and others), with a limit of $1,500 per quarter. You also get 3% cash back on eligible purchases each quarter in your choice of one everyday category, like wholesale clubs, gas and EV charging stations, or bills and home utilities ($1,500 limit) and 1.5% cash back on all other eligible purchases.

Existing cardholders should continue to receive benefits according to their cardmember agreements, but anyone who was considering applying may have missed their chance.
