Guru’s Wrap-Up

I have never used TripFuel but it is owned by Priceline and seems similar to many other online travel agencies. This offer is for hotel bookings only and you need to book through that specific link. A few comparisons that I did showed TripFuel with equal or higher prices than booking directly on the hotels website. Last I checked, W Hoboken was the same price as booking through SPG, so the $50 credit would give you a better price. But Hyatt Place New York/Midtown-South was about $75 more for a night in May. So this could be a money saver, but make sure you compare rates before booking and also keep in mind that you forego Elite Tier benefits when booking through OTAs. We saw the same offer earlier this year.
