Nest is currently running an Earth Day promotion with $30 off thermostats. However, many utility providers often offer rebates on smart thermostats, sometimes giving them away for free. Nest Thermostats have been shown to save 15% on heating and 12% on cooling as well as being EnergyStar certified. Below you can find a list of 61 utilities within 30 states that are currently selling Nest Thermostats online. You can stack those utility discounts with Nest’s promotion, to possible get a free or very cheap new thermostat for your home. You can also get other thermostats such as Ecobee, Honeywell and more depending on your provider.
