TD Bank will open another branch in NYC at 175 Varick St on October 23rd and they are offering a $150 bonus as usual for new accounts. If you open a new TD checking account with a balance of $2500 or more, and a TD savings account with $300 or more, you will get a $150 TD Visa gift card. The best part about this is that you receive the bonus right away, in branch.
You only need to make the initial deposits, but are not required to keep the $2500 and the $300 in the Checking and Savings respectively. You’ll only need a $100 balance to waive the $15 monthly fee of their Convenience Checking account.
The accounts must stay open for at least 90 days.
There’s basically no requirements besides the opening deposit and you’ll only have $100 tied up for three months. Make sure that the bonus is being offered, before applying, but there should be posted signs.
There’s also a $150 offer that can be done online for residents of NY and a few other states.
