Potential winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if winner is a Minor) must claim this prize by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 8, 2018, and completed Prize Claim Documents must be received by Sponsor by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 15, 2018. Once verified as a winner, the prize will be sent to the winner at the address provided in the Prize Claim Documents for receipt in approximately two to four weeks after verification.
Ten (10) Second Prizes: Each winner, subject to verification, will receive a check for $200.
