Simon Mall Shut Down

Simon Mall announced today that after extensive discussions with federal, state and local officials and in recognition of the need to address the spread of COVID-19, it will close all of its retail properties, including Malls, Premium Outlets and Mills in the U.S. This measure will take effect from 7 pm local time today and will end on March 29. I’m sure it will be extended longer if the current situation continues. You can see the announcement here.

You should be avoiding malls and similar public places, but if you are still doing gift card runs this information should come in handy. I’m staying away myself.
