If you’re looking to invest in cryptocurrency and maybe become the next 50 Cent, you should probably take a look at the Robinhood app. No-commission stock trading app Robinhood will soon let you buy and sell Bitcoin and Ethereum without any added transaction fees. This new feature will be added in February and it’s a good deal compared to one of the most popular cryptcurrency trading apps, Coinbase’s, which charges 1.5 to 4 percent fees in the US. And as of today Robinhood will let all users track the price, news, and set up alerts on those and 14 other top crypto coins, including Litecoin and Ripple.
Signup HereRobinhood already lets you trade stocks for free and you can even get one random stock for free when you sign up through a referral. They say it’s possible to even get an Apple stock, but I doubt many people will be that lucky. I received AMD, worth about $12.
With this move they are trying to add new customers and get them to hold money with Robinhood where it earns interest. Users can also pay for the Robinhood Gold premium tier for $6 to $200 a month that lets them borrow between $1,000 and $50,000.
