RebatesMe is once again offering a $15 as a signup bonus, the best they have had. Unlike some other cashback sites, the bonus doesn’t come with any requirements. You sign up and you get your $15 in cash back right away. It was deposited in my account immediately and it’s payable immediately. However there is a small catch. You need at least $25 in order to cash out, so you need to earn anther $10 before you can withdraw the money.

The portal is relatively new, but it’s worth signing up for the $15 bonus at least. I often find their name as one of the top rates, so it’s good to have an account with them, and this is the best time to open one.
