Could she make her followers believe that she was on a luxury dream vacation in Bali when she was actually at her local Swedish furniture store the whole time? Coronavirus is more fatal in men than women, major study suggests
Fatality rates were higher among men than women. Officials recorded a 2.8% fatality rate for male patients versus 1.7% for women. Male patients accounted for 22,981, or 51%, of the total confirmed cases, while the coronavirus had been confirmed in 21,691 female patients as of Feb. 11, when the data collection ended. Half of Americans have unused gift cards, and it’s costing them over $21 billion
Half of Americans currently own unredeemed gift cards or store credits according to a new survey from Bankrate. And that adds up to tens of billions in unused money. The survey of over 2,600 U.S. adults found that the average person with unused gift cards is sitting on around $167 in free money. More than one-third of respondents with unused cards say they won’t use up all of the funds. When you don’t, the bank or retailer is happy to keep the money. Read more here.

God Save The Points calls out Upgrade Pack, a startup which promises discounted airline and hotel upgrades. He apologizes for giving coverage to the startup over a year ago, since customers paid money to the company but there’s still no product. Read more here.
