The McGold Card is real. It’s a rare and somewhat secret card and you have a small chance of getting one. If you haven’t heard of the McGold Card, it’s pretty damn special. It grants the holder free McDonald’s for life. All the Big Macs and fries that you want.
Such a card was rumored to exist after celebrities such as Warren Buffet and Rob Lowe have spoken about owning one. Even Bill Gates is rumored to have one, according to USA Today. In total, only a handful of the most dedicated McDonald’s fans have been granted McGold Card access.
Until now though there has been no way for us ordinary people to get our hands on the card. But we have a small chance. McDonald’s has announced that it will randomly give one away at the end of August.
To enter, customers can either order a meal using the McDonald’s app between Aug. 10 and Aug. 24, or enter via email. Official rules state that no purchase is necessary. Entries are limited to just one per day. You can see the promotion page here.
Prize
McDonald’s food for life (for winner only), up to two meals per week for fifty (50) years, awarded as a $1,000 credit on winner’s McDonald’s App and $35,400 cash, plus $15,600 to offset taxes on the prize, awarded as a check for $51,000. Winner will also receive a custom gold-plated phone case. Winner may choose a cash alternative of $1,000 in lieu of $1,000 App credit, added to check.

Mobile McGold Card Sweepstakes begins 8/10/18 at 12:00:00 a.m. local time, ends 8/24/18 at 11:59:59 p.m. local time. Open only to residents of the 50 U.S./DC who are 13+. Enter w/o purchase by sending an email to entry@amoeentry.com with only the date (mm/dd/yy) you are sending the email in the subject line and your first/last name in the body of the email.
