JetBlue Waives Change & Cancel Fees for New Bookings
The coronavirus keeps on spreading around the world, with news of new cases an fatalities in every continent. While it might seem like all this coronavirus talk is making it worse than it actually is, it is also understandable for travelers to be wary of making any booking because of it. SoJetBlue is making it easy for customers to decide on booking their next flight by waiving fees.
“Due to evolving coronavirus concerns, we are suspending change and cancel fees for all new flight bookings made between February 27, 2020 and March 11, 2020 for travel through June 1, 2020,” says the notice on their website.
JetBlue has no current travel restrictions to the locations they fly, so customers can book with confidence on jetblue.com and jetbluevacations.com and know that changes or cancellations will be allowed without penalty should the situation change.
In the event you need to make a change to bookings made between the qualifying dates above, visit the Manage Flights section of jetblue.com or contact us for assistance.
This was sent out to all JetBlue customers by email, probably because they have noticed a huge decline in new bookings. It wouldn’t be surprising for other airlines to follow suit.
