JetBlue TrueBlue Changes Are Coming in 2023
JetBlue announced today that it plans to roll out enhancements to the TrueBlue program in 2023. These changes to the program are designed to meet the needs and expectations of more customers, the airline says.
JetBlue has teased these improvements, saying that in 2023, TruBlue program members will have additional benefits including:
- Non-Mosaics can earn valuable perks.
- New ways to earn Mosaic status.
- Ability to customize your perks, so you can choose what’s most valuable to you.
- New perks for Mosaics, in addition to many of the current favorites.
The announcement doesn’t get into details much about what’s coming up next year, but it does say what will be discontinued. To make way for these exciting changes, Take 3, Lucky 7 and Go Long bonuses will end 12/31/22, JetBlue says. These bonuses award extra points to TrueBlue members who met certain flight requirements during the year.
Additionally, due to a system update, points redemptions for Mosaics to move from a regular Mint suite to Mint Studio® will end 11/30/22 (customers will still be able to make the move for a fee).
We’ll have to wait until 2023 to see what the new JetBlue TrueBlue program looks like, but with the announced changes, this isn’t a good start.
