Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Go All-Inclusive
Hilton is converting two of its luxury resorts in Mexico into all-inclusive properties, with both Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya now moving into Hiltonโs growing all-inclusive portfolio.
The changes are already underway, with each resort taking a slightly different approach. Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will become adults-only, while Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will remain a broader multi-generational resort.
Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya
Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya is now offering an all-inclusive experience and will become adults-only starting January 10, 2027, for registered guests age 18 and older.
The resort will include dining, wellness and cultural programming as part of the stay, including oceanfront yoga, Mayan breathwork, agave experiences, cooking and mixology activities, and live music. Guests will also have access to a dedicated Personal Concierge.
Eligible direct bookings will include private round-trip transfers from Cancun International Airport, along with 24-hour in-room dining and a minibar refreshed daily. Eligible stays of four consecutive nights or more may also include one selected resort experience or destination excursion.
Hilton says existing reservations will be honored under their original terms, except reservations that include guests under 18 arriving on or after January 10, 2027. In those cases, the resort will work with guests on alternative accommodations.
Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya
Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya is also moving to an all-inclusive model, but will remain a multi-generational resort.
The property will include several dining venues, 24-hour in-room dining, refreshed minibars and concierge support. Eligible direct bookings can also include private round-trip transportation from Cancun or Tulum international airports.
A new Ceiba Club will provide a dedicated adults-only section within the resort for guests 18 and older. It will include access to Autor, Ceiba Lounge, Carbon Restaurant, and private pool and beach areas.
Families will still have access to the resortโs kids club and other programming. Eligible stays of at least four consecutive nights may also include one selected resort experience or excursion, such as a cenote visit, Xel-Hรก waterpark experience or spa inclusion.
