Hilton has announced that it will end its partnership with several car rental companies by the end of this year. Hilton Honors will be ending its relationships with Avis, Budget, Sixt and Europcar in 2017. However, members may continue to earn Points with these partners for a limited time.
Here’s the details for each partnership:
- Sixt: Members with reservations booked prior to 7/31/2017 will be awarded Points on rentals that are completed prior to 12/31/2017. Members must provide their Hilton Honors number at the time of booking.
- Europcar: Members with reservations booked prior to 7/31/2017 will be awarded Points on rentals that are completed prior to 12/31/2017. Members must provide their Hilton Honors number at the time of booking.
- Avis & Budget: Members with reservations booked prior to 8/31/2017 will be awarded Points on rentals that are completed prior to 12/31/2017. Members must provide their Hilton Honors number and/or their Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number or Budget Customer Discount (BCD) number at the time of booking.
