GNC has agreed to pay $6 million to resolve claims that its allegedly fake sales deceived consumers into believing items were being offered at a discounted price. With this GNC settlement no court or entity has made any judgment or other determination of any wrongdoing or that the law has been violated.

Whoโ€™s Eligible?

You are a โ€œClass Memberโ€ if you purchased any product on sale or through a promotion from GNCโ€™s Website (www.GNC.com) at any time from January 1, 2012 to September 9, 2019.

How Much Do I Get?

Claimants can get a $5 cash benefit or $15 voucher for future purchases. No proof of purchase required. Additionally, some consumers will get a coupon for $30 off a $100 purchase.

Class Members who made more than five purchases will need to provide proof of purchase but will be eligible for an additional $5 cash benefit or $15 voucher. This additional award will also be available for consumers who purchased more than $100 in products.
