I received an email this morning with an offer from Citi Hilton that looks to be targeted.

Use your Citi Hilton HHonors Visa Signature card to earn 3 additional Bonus Points, for a total of 9 Bonus Points per $1 spent on stays within the Hilton Portfolio, now through 10/31/2016.

You can earn up to 5,000 additional Bonus Points, so you would need to spend about $1,660 on Hilton stays to maximize this. Obviously not something worth doing just for the points, but a small extra bonus if you happen to be planning such an expense.
