Earn 0.5X Bilt Rewards on Home Purchases
Bilt Rewards has announced a new feature that is worth keeping in mind when you’re in the market to purchase your next home.
Bilt Members can now earn substantial Bilt Points when purchasing a home through an eXp Realty agent. That is one point for every $2 of a home’s purchase price, meaning a $500,000 home purchase could earn up to 250,000 Bilt Points.
To enable the points-earning benefit, Bilt has partnered with eXp Realty. So you have to purchase a home through them in order to earn one point for every $2 of the home’s purchase price.
If you do not plan to purchase a home, then Bilt also rewards you for paying rent. You can earn 250 points for every monthly rent payment made through the Bilt App, which is free to join. That is up to 3,000 free points per year.
It gets even better for Bilt Mastercard holders, who earn 1 point per dollar on rent payments, up to 100,000 points per calendar year.
