The iconic DoubleTree cookie has become one of the hospitality industry’s most recognizable welcome gifts, with more than 20 million cookies enjoyed each year. Hilton is also highlighting one of the recipe’s best-kept secrets: a small splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice, an ingredient that helps give the cookie its signature flavor and texture. The recipe was famously released to the public in 2020.
Many participating hotels also offer an allergy-friendly cookie made without the top nine allergens, though availability varies by location.
