That’s the Delta sale, or what at least they call a sale. There’s no award chart for Delta anymore so it’s usually difficult to say how much these prices are discounted, or even if they’re discounted at all.

View from the Wing shows the example of Raleigh – Seattle that has a sale for 28,000 mile roundtrips during the promotion period, but it’s possible to find a few 25,000 mile roundtrips during the same period.
