Citi May Be Adding Japan Airlines as a ThankYou Rewards Transfer Partner
Citi may be getting ready to add Japan Airlines (JAL) Mileage Bank as a new ThankYou Rewards transfer partner. The Japan Airlines Mileage Bank loyalty program isa showing on the ThankYou Loyalty Programs page.
While JAL is not yet listed as an active transfer partner, its appearance on this page strongly suggests Citi is preparing for a future launch.
JAL Mileage Bank offers access to Japan Airlines award flights and partner redemptions through the oneworld alliance, giving Citi cardholders another option for international premium cabin awards. With that said, they have been increasing fuel surcharges lately, with another hike just a few days ago.
Rove also added JAL as a transfer partner recently with a 50% transfer bonus.
