Citi Prestige Launches 5x ThankYou Rewards for Online, Cable & Streaming Purchases

Today, Citi announced a new offer for Citi Prestige cardmembers that will make the holiday season a bit more rewarding. Eligible cardmembers now receive 5 ThankYou Rewards points for every $1 spent on online, cable, and streaming purchases through the end of 2020. With this promotion, cardmembers have an opportunity to earn up to 7,500 points on the purchases they are already making for the holidays.

Eligible cable and streaming providers include more than 20 platforms, such as Amazon Prime Video, Apple Music, Disney+, ESPN+, HBO NOW, Netflix, SiriusXM, and Sling TV. And this offer is in addition to the 5 points per $1 spent on air travel and restaurant purchases that cardmembers already receive, including those made online, with the Citi Prestige card.

ThankYou Rewards points can be redeemed by transferring them to travel partners, for a wide array of gift cards, as well as for everyday purchases made through the Pay with Points and Shop with Points programs. Cashback earned with the Citi DoubleCash card can also be converted to ThankYou points if you have a premium card.

The Citi Prestige card has an annual fee of $495. Currently you can get a signup bonus of 50,000 ThankYou points when you spend $4,000 in your first 3 months.
