Citi Dividend 5% Categories for Q2 2021 Revealed
Citi has released the calendar for the second quarter of 2020 for the 5% Cash Back categories on the Citi Dividend card. This card is no longer available, but many people still have it. It has no annual fee and also comes with rotating 5% categories, similar to Chase Freedom Flex and Discover it.
The categories where you can earn 5% during the second quarter of 2021 are:
- Supermarkets
- Drugstores
You can sign up for these categories here, starting from 3/15/21. This offer starts within two business days of when you enroll, or April 1, 2021, whichever is later, and ends on June 30, 2021. During the offer period, you will earn an additional 4% cash back on purchases at Supermarkets and Drugstores. Your total annual (calendar year) cash back is limited to $300 and includes additional cash back earned in connection with this offer.

The total cash back you can earn with the card is $300 per calendar year. So you’ll get 5% on up to $6,000 spend for the whole year and it could even be all in one quarter if you prefer. This quarter, with two great Citi Dividend 5% categories, most people will probably try to complete their annual spend.
