The lawsuit claims that Defendants misrepresented the amount of fluoride contained in the Chewable Tablets from a period beginning at some point in 2007, manufacturing the Chewable Tablets with only approximately 44% of the fluoride ion claimed on the label and package insert. A proposed $15.5 million settlement has been reached with Endo Health Solutions.
