You could be able to sell these gift cards close to break-even and maybe get some cheap credit card rewards. But most likley this promotion will just be useful for personal use for most people. The $10 eComp Card looks like a regular card from terms, but I would suggest purchasing one first to see what it is exactly. Update: the $10 eComp card has no PIN and cannot be resold.
