Chase Sapphire Lounge with Etihad at Washington Dulles
On March 5, a new Chase Sapphire lounge, in partnership with Etihad Airways, celebrated its official opening. Situated close to gate A15 in Concourse A at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), this lounge marks a revival of the airline’s presence at Washington Dulles, following the closure of its previous lounge more than a decade ago.

Spanning across two floors, the lounge covers approximately 5,200 square feet. That’s slightly smaller than the first Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club with Etihad Airways at JFK which stands at 7,600 square feet.
Operating hours are from 6AM to 10PM, with access limited to three hours before the traveler’s departure. The lounge mirrors the culinary offerings of other Chase Sapphire Lounges, featuring made-to-order dishes, a buffet with ready-to-eat options, signature cocktails, a selection of wines, as well as coffee, tea, and various beverage choices.
Premium Etihad Airways passengers can enjoy free access to the lounge. That includes passengers in either first class or business class, as well as Etihad Airways Guest Platinum and Gold elites.
