Apple iPhone Settlement: Get Up to $95 Per Device
Apple has agreed to a $250 million settlement over allegations that it advertised certain Siri Apple Intelligence features for select iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 models before those features were available. The company denies any wrongdoing.
Who’s Eligible
You may be eligible if you live in the U.S. and purchased one of the following devices in the U.S. for non-resale purposes between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025:
- iPhone 15 Pro
- iPhone 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 16
- iPhone 16e
- iPhone 16 Plus
- iPhone 16 Pro
- iPhone 16 Pro Max
Settlement Payout
Eligible claimants are expected to receive about $25 per qualifying device.
The actual payout can increase or decrease depending on the number of valid claims submitted, with a maximum payment of $95 per eligible device.

Claims must be submitted by December 21, 2026.
