Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is embarking on a $55 million redesign and rebranding of The Water Club. Renamed the MGM Tower, the new offerings will feature more than 700 reimagined guestrooms and a collection of luxury Vista Suites.
In addition the mostly underground casino, there will be 1,200-room hotel, two residential towers, a museum and four acres of green space with a massive Ferris wheel.
Saks Fifth Avenue has confirmed plans to bid for a casino license on the top floors at its location on Fifth Avenue.
Las Vegas Sands announced its intention to pursue the development of a multi-billion-dollar flagship hospitality, entertainment and casino project on Long Island, New York.
The proposed project would redevelop Times Square building 1515 Broadway into Caesars Palace Times Square, which will include a Broadway theater and other entertainment attractions.
The first phase of the project, a $170 million renovation of guestroom and suites at Caesars and Harrah’s, will debut in Summer 2021.
