Bilt Rewards Offers New Option to Pay Rent with Bank Account/Routing Number
Bilt Rewards is a relatively new renter loyalty program that also offer the Bilt Mastercard. The co-brand credit card offers renters across the United States a way to pay rent via credit card with no fees, earn points on their largest expense and raise their credit history with every on-time rent payment.
You can earn 1x on rent payments with no fees (on up to $50,000 in rent payments every year). Cardholders must meet a minimum of 5 card transactions per statement period in order to earn points.
Now Bilt is offering a new option to pay your rent, which should be useful for paying rent to landlords that aren’t affiliated with Bilt. You can generate a routing and account number via the Bilt Rewards App. Using this information you can pay rent through payment systems such as ClickPay or others, or even pay directly to a landlord.
On the Bilt Rewards app, a Bilt Rent Account can be activated. You can find this new option under the “pay rent” tab .Once selected, Bilt will generate a routing and account number that you can use with existing rent payment services.

This should be useful for current and new cardholders and make it possible to pay rent through more services. Until now you had to send a physical check if your landlord wasn’t in the Bilt Rewards Alliance.
But check other services such as Enzo which give you 2% back on rent payments, up to $65 per calendar month and $500 per calendar year.
