Barclays has an increased offer of 45,000 points for its Wyndham credit card. The offer is targeted and was sent by email. The card comes with an annual fee of $75 that is not waived the first year.

This card comes with a $75 annual fee. Currently there’s a 45,000 points sign up bonus.
- You will earn 30,000 bonus points after your first purchase.
- Plus, earn an additional 15,000 bonus points after you spend $2,000 on purchases within the first 90 days of account opening.
There’s also a bonus of 6,000 points after your account anniversary every year.
Card Benefits
This card earns 5 points per $1 spent on every Wyndham hotel stay and 2 points per $1 spent on purchases everywhere else.
Wyndham simplified its rewards program last year, so now you get a night anywhere for 15,000 points. With the bonus from this card you can get three nights, so this would make sense if you use it for stays at some of their high end properties.
This card also earn you Platinum status. That gives you Total Rewards Platinum which then gives you a complimentary 2-night stay in the Beach Towers at Atlantis. You still have to pay resort fees and housekeeping fees, but it’s a great side benefit nonetheless. Now you can also redeem points at La Quinta properties (transfer 1:1), so you can actually get free nights for less that 15,000 points per night.
