Barclays AAdvantage Aviator Business Mastercard has an increased signup bonus of 50,000 AA miles. This is 10,000 more than the regular bonus and you just need to make one purchase to get it.

The primary cardmember will earn fifty thousand (50,000) AAdvantage bonus miles after a first purchase is made on the Account within ninety (90) days of Account opening.

Eligibility

This one-time AAdvantage^® bonus mileage offer is valid for first-time cardmembers with new accounts only. Existing cardmembers, existing accounts, and previous cardmembers  with accounts closed in the past 24 months may not be eligible for this offer.

Card Benefits

The card doesn’t have a very good earning structure. The only bonus categories where you earn 2x are American Airlines purchases and select telecom, office supply purchases and car rentals.

You earn $3,000 Elite Qualifying Dollars when you spend $25,000 on purchases each calendar year, and an annual companion certificate after you spend $30,000 or more, good for one guest to travel with you for $99.

If you keep the card past teh first year, there’s a 5% annual mileage bonus every year (after you pay your annual fee).

Guru’s Wrap-Up

This is a pretty good bonus, especially considering that the only requirement is to make a singe purchase within 90 days. Also, this is a business card, so there’s a good chance that it wont report to your personal credit report. Although with Barclays it is possible.
