The card has a $89 annual fee which is not waived for the first year. But it comes with no foreign transaction fees and it has a 0% introductory APR for 15 months. Keep in mind that Barclay is a bit tough on approvals. They’re not very fond of churners so if you have a card with them make sure you put some regular spend on it. Also it’s hard to get a a third card from them, so if you have two already, close one before applying.
