Amex Platinum Hertz President’s Circle Re-Enrollment Required
American Express is emailing eligible Platinum Card® Members to let them know they must re-enroll in their complimentary Hertz Gold Plus Rewards President’s Circle status by December 31, 2026.
According to the email, Amex has introduced a “new and improved enrollment experience” for the Hertz benefit. Cardholders are instructed to visit the Car Rental Privileges section of their Amex Benefits page, click Enroll Now, enter their Hertz Gold Plus Rewards number, and allow up to 72 hours for processing.
Some cardholders have reported running into issues with the new enrollment process. If you encounter problems, you may need to try again later or contact American Express for assistance.
