Eligible Amex cardholders can transfer Membership Rewards points to British Airways Executive Club Avios, Iberia Plus Avios or Aer Lingus AerClub Avios with a 30% transfer bonus. Avios is the rewards currency used by British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling Club, Qatar Airways and Finnair. This is not the best offer we have seen for transferring Chase Ultimate Rewards to Avios. Previous offers have been as high as 40% and 50%, and more recently 30%. But this is still a decent opportunity to extract more value from your points.
Keep in mind that you can move points between several airlines that use Avios as their frequent flyer currency. So you can also use this promotion for flights through the Qatar Airways and Finnair programs also.
