Status Match Offer
Air France KLM invites eligible customers with frequent flyer status from another airline loyalty program to apply for a Status Match. Upon approval, participants will enjoy 12 months of Silver, Gold, or Platinum status, determined by the Status Match process.
The Status Match offer is exclusively open to UK passport or driver’s license holders. The terms note that applicants may need to provide evidence upon application.

Requests for a Status Match can be conveniently made at Flying Blue Status Match. During the process, you’ll be asked for evidence of your frequent flyer status and may need to submit additional personal details.
You’ll receive notification of your Status Match approval within three (3) business days of completing the application. Once approved, your new status will be visible on your account within five (5) business days.
Which Airline Status Levels are Eligible?
To qualify, you must hold elite status with an eligible airline listed in the program’s eligibility table. Successful applicants will receive Silver, Gold, or Platinum status based on the equivalent elite status with their current airline.

How Long is the Status Valid if Approved?
Upon approval, you’ll enjoy the perks of your new Flying Blue status for 12 months. To extend this status beyond the initial period, re-qualification is necessary by meeting the published status program requirements.

There is an application and processing fee for this Status Match offer, varying for each tier:

- Gold: €199
- Platinum: €399
