Mesa Homeowners Card 50K Bonus
The Mesa Homeowners Card is once again offering a welcome bonus of 50,000 points. However this time around you also need to complete two referrals in order to earn the bonus. The Mesa Homeowners Card lets you earn transferrable points, just for having a mortgage. Check out the details below.
Signup Bonus
Apply for the Mesa Homeowners Card and earn 50,000 Mesa Points for spending $10,000 or more in eligible net purchases within 90 days of activating the offer.
However, in order to become eligible for this offer, you must first invite two people to join and complete a purchase. That will earn you 10,000 Mesa Points (5,000 for each referral) and will unlock the signup bonus.
So in total you can earn 60,000 Mesa Points (10,000 from referrals + 50,000 from spend bonus).
Here’s are the steps:
- Refer two (2) new customers who are approved for a Mesa Homeowners Card and complete their first purchase.
- Once both referrals are complete, the Spend Bonus offer will unlock in your Mesa app.
- You must manually activate the Spend Bonus within the Mesa app to begin your 90-day spend period. The spend period does not begin automatically, and activation confirmation will be displayed in the app. Track your progress in the app’s Spend Tracker.
- $10,000 spend must be completed within 90 days of activation.

We saw a 50K bonus on the Mesa Homeowners Card back in May, but that offer didn’t require any referrals. Those who sign up through referrals still need to refer two more people in order to be eligible for the 50K bonus on the card.
