New Club Wyndham Timeshare Offer
Club Wyndham has a new offer for those willing to sit through a timeshare presentation for two hours. This offer is different from the usual timeshare deals that we post here on the site. Instead of paying for the booking and receiving bonus points, you get to book select properties with points at e a discounted rate. Check out the details below.
Offer Details
Book a four-day, three-night vacation for just 7,500 or 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points at one of 18 participating Wyndham Vacation Resorts. Book by September 30, 2024, and complete your stay by December 20, 2024. Must be 28 or older to participate in this promotion.
There are several properties available, including
- 3 night stay for 7,500 points:
- Club Wyndham Cypress Palms (Kissimmee, FL)
- Club Wyndham Patriots’ Place (Williamsburg, VA)
- Desert Rose Resort (Las Vegas, NV)
- 3 night stay for 15,000 points:
- Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham (St. Thomas)
- Club Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort (Oceanside, CA)
- Club Wyndham Towers on the Grove (North Myrtle Beach, SC)

Important Terms
- You, and your spouse if married or partner if cohabitating, must attend a 120-minute timeshare sales presentation.
- Must complete your stay by December 20, 2024.
- Transportation, airfare, gratuities, nightly room taxes ($6.75 – $45), parking fees, resort security deposit, meals, and incidentals are not included.
- If you do not attend the presentation, points won’t be refunded and you will be charged $150 per night.
- This offer is valid only for residents of the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, DC, WY.
- You must wait 90 days between presentations. Owners must wait 30 days and there is a maximum of four presentations per household per year.
Tips for Timeshare Offers
- Read about my experience with a similar offer from Marriott so you can see what to expect and to possibly prepare yourself with some talking points.
- You can call and ask if they can extend the same offer for a stay at a different location not included in the promotion list.
- Before booking one of these timeshare offers, you should always ask for a better deal. You can often get more points, a cheaper price, or maybe a better room.
Guru’s Wrap-up
If you have Wyndham Rewards, then this could be a good redemption. You can book a three night stay for just 7,500 or 15,000 points. That’s just 2,500 or 5,000 points per night.
Just make to attend the 2-hour presentations, and be ready to say “NO” repeatedly. They can’t force you to buy anything, but again not everyone can say “no” over and over. They make those deals sound pretty good.
If that’s something you’re not comfortable with, might be best to skip this Wyndham timeshare offer. But if you’ve done this before, or are confident that you will resist the temptation, then it could be a good opportunity.
