Free $25 Microsoft Gift Card for Some Surface Headphones Owners
Cortana service on Surface Headphones (First version) is changing for customers in the United States and some skills will no longer be available starting in early 2021. Impacted customers in the United States may claim a promotional $25 Microsoft Store Online gift card. Use this site to check that you meet the eligibility criteria and submit your claim by July 30, 2021.
Surface Headphones (First version) Gift Card Program is valid only in the United States for Surface Headphones (First version) customers. To qualify for a promotional $25 gift card to the Microsoft Store Online, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- 1. You must provide a valid serial number for a set of Surface Headphones (First version) purchased from an authorized Surface retailer in the US; and
- 2. You must be the owner of the latest US-based Microsoft account used to set up Surface Headphones (First version) and send a voice request from your Surface Headphones to the Cortana service after July 31, 2019; and
- 3. You must submit a completed claim form to Microsoft as instructed between July 31, 2020, and July 30, 2021.

Promotional $25 Microsoft Store Online gift card is provided in the form of a single use code and must be used within 12 months of the date of issuance. Limit one (1) gift card per serial number/set of Headphones and Microsoft account. Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or gift cards unless required by law. Program not valid for Surface Headphones acquired free of charge as part of a promotional offering or trial program for developers or employees. Microsoft reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Program at any time, or to disqualify and claim that appear to be fraudulent, incomplete, invalid or in breach of these Program Terms.
