[DEAD] You can buy $100 eBay Gift Card for only $95 through PayPal Digital Giftcards. The gift card will be sent out with email delivery to the email address associated with your PayPal account.

There’s a limit of one per buyer.

You won’t earn any eBay Bucks when buying eBay gift cards, but you will get 5% if you pay with your Ink card through PayPal. Don’t forget about cashback portals, although it’s very YMMV on eBay gift cards.

This is a good opportunity to roll over your previously purchased gift cards and use up your earned eBay Bucks, besides making a small profit.

UPDATE: You can also use Splender which has has some reports of paying out cash back for eBay gift cards. It was showing up as 2% earlier today at Cash Back Monitor, but eBay didn’t show up at the Splender site. Now it’s showing, but only at a 1% rate. TopCashBack offers 1.25% for eBay purchases. Gift cards are excluded, but doesn’t hurt to try. Please let us know if you get any cash back from these portals or others.
