Chase and Hyatt has launched a new welcome bonus on the World of Hyatt Credit Card which can earn you up to five free nights. This bonus requires a total of $15,000 in spending, which would actually get you a 6th Free Night. Let’s see the details below.

Available January 15 through February 26, 2026, new cardmembers can earn:
- 3 free nights at any participating Category 1-4 Hyatt hotel after spending $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months of account opening AND
- 2 additional free nights at any of those hotels after spending $15,000 on purchases in the first 6 months.

Each Free Night Award is valid for one (1) night in any available standard room within 12 months from issuance at Hyatt hotels and resorts that are designated as Category 1 through 4 under the World of Hyatt program. - 1X Bonus Point on all other purchases
- 9x Points total on Hyatt stays and experiences – that is based on:
- Automatic Discoverist status in World of Hyatt
- 5 qualifying night credits every year

This is a decent offer but far from the best we have seen on the World of Hyatt Credit Card. Recent bests include 5 Free Night with $4,000 spend and 65,000 points after spending $15,000 and double Elite Nights.
This latest offer gets you 5 Free Nights with $15,000 spend. That spend would also get you another Free Night for a total of six. Plus you would be earning Elite Night credits which is helpful for those chasing Hyatt Globalist status. You get 5 qualifying night credits every year as a cardholder plus 2 qualifying night credits after every $5,000 in spend on the card.
Free Nights can be valuable if maximized, but you’re losing flexibility compared to a points bonus. Plus Free Nights expire in 12 month while points never expire.
