Uber came into the scene a few years ago and since then they’ve taken over the car transportation industry and are already present in hundreds of cities worldwide. They’ve also branched out to food delivery with UberEATS. Now it seems they’re thinking about issuing a credit card and are testing the waters.
They sent out emails earlier today with an online survey (no longer available). They inquired opinion on three hypothetical Uber credit cards, with different combinations of earning options, benefits and extra perks.

Guru’s Wrap-Up
This doesn’t look very exciting for churners or travel hackers, but it could definitely appeal to heavy Uber users. I personally don’t use Uber much, but to those who do, it should matter it they have the best rated drivers and best cars. Earning option are pretty week, with nothing we don;t already see from other cards.
Perks are mostly limited to Uber stuff and some possible access to events and purchase protection.
Unless it shows up with a generous signup bonus, I’m staying away from any of these possible cards. Would you apply?
