TSA PreCheck Touchless ID to Expand to 65 Airports

TSA PreCheck Touchless ID speeds up the security screening process with facial comparison technology. Enrolled travelers with participating airlines can move through dedicated lanes with ease, enjoying a smoother and more convenient airport experience. The program launched a couple of years ago and is expected to expand to 65 airports this Spring.

At eligible airports you will see signs to the dedicated TSA PreCheck Touchless ID queue. Your face is all you need to verify your identity, and you don’t need to take out your wallet at all, as biometric cameras will complete the identity verification.

TSA says that images are not used for law enforcement, surveillance, nor shared with other entities. Your photo and personal data are deleted within 24-hours of your scheduled flight departure.
