I would suggest visiting a location near you to see if they have the offer and also to take advantage of the offer as quick as possible, before they run out of stock. The $15 Speedy Cash cards can probably be used to purchase other gift cards, gas etc.. You will also earn 2,000 fuel points on the purchase of a $100 gift card. That gives you another discount of at least $2. Home Depot or Best Buy are probably the best options if you’re looking to resell.
