Today is yet another holiday, National Coffee Day. As usual, there’s all kinds of deals from chains and other coffee shops, varying from free coffee to discounts. Here’s a round-up of deals that I found and please let me know if you see any other freebies out there.
- 7-Eleven – Members of the convenience store chain’s 7Rewards loyalty program get one free cup of coffee at participating locations Friday through Sunday.
- Cinnabon – Get a free 12-ounce coffee, no purchase necessary.
- Corner Bakery Cafe – Free small coffee (see coupon)
- Cumberland Farms – Text FREECOFFEE to 64827 to get a coupon for 1 FREE hot or iced coffee in any size! Also works for tea, cappuccino, and hot chocolate.
- Dunkin’ Donuts – Get a free medium cup of coffee with the purchase of a medium or larger-sized cup.
- Krispy Kreme – Free any sized hot coffee or small iced coffee from 9/29-10/1

Le Madeleine – 1 free cup via their app. Scan your app to receive your free cup of coffee. Valid 9/29 only at participating cafés. One use per app in café scans or app to go order.
- Lyft – Take a Lyft ride Friday in select cities, get a free can of High Brew Cold Brew Coffee during your ride. Participating cities are Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Dallas and Philadelphia.
- McDonald’s – Small specialty coffee for $2 at participating locations. Also, there are coupons for a free medium McCafé with any purchase in the McDonald’s smartphone app.
- Peet’s Coffee – 25% off all beans and a free drip coffee or tea with bean purchase. Also, on Peet’s website, get 25% off all regular, non-subscription bean purchases with promo code COFFEEDAY17.
- QuickChek – On Fridays through Nov. 3, buy any size hot, iced or cold brew coffee and receive a second free of charge.
- Tim Hortons – Get one free original blend, dark roast, decaf or iced coffee in any size at participating locations through Oct. 8 when ordered through the Tim Hortons smartphone app.
- Wawa – Free coffee, any size, with no purchase required.
