Most Saks OFF 5TH Locations Shutting Down
Saks Global will be closing the majority of Saks OFF 5TH retail locations and the remaining Last Call stores. Closing sales with markdowns will begin in certain Saks OFF 5TH stores and all remaining Last Call stores on Saturday, January 31. You can see closing dates here.
Saks OFF 5TH locations that will remain open include:

- Sawgrass Mills (Sunrise, FL)
- Woodbury Common Premium Outlets (Central Valley, NY)
- Bergen Town Center (Paramus, NJ)
- Town Center Aventura (Aventura, FL)
- Buckhead Station (Atlanta, GA)
- Miromar Outlets (Estero, FL)
- Somerset Shoppes (Boca Raton, FL)
- The Outlets at Orange (Orange, CA)
- Dolphin Mall (Miami, FL)
- Palm Beach Outlets (West Palm Beach, FL)
- Grapevine Mills (Grapevine, TX
WSJ says that “the 12 stores that will remain open will serve as a way for Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman to clear unsold inventory, according to Saks Global, the parent company of all three retailers. Saks Global will stop buying inventory specifically for the Saks Off 5th locations that remain open.”
Additionally, saksoff5th.com is winding down operations, with an online closing sale beginning Friday, January 30.
The company also announced changes to customer programs at certain Saks OFF 5TH and all remaining Last Call stores hosting closing sales:
- Gift Cards: You may no longer purchase new gift cards. Existing gift cards will continue to be accepted through Saturday, February 14th. After this period, gift cards will no longer be accepted.
- Returns/Exchanges: Returns/exchanges for merchandise purchased before the closing sales will be accepted in accordance with the company’s usual policies. All merchandise purchased during the closing sales beginning Saturday, January 31 will be final sale, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Credit Cards & OFF 5TH Rewards: We continue to accept payments with SaksFirst and InCircle credit cards. New purchases at Saks OFF 5TH and Last Call will not earn rewards, but existing rewards can be redeemed until Sunday, March 1.
There are also important changes at saksoff5th.com:
- Gift Cards: You may no longer purchase new gift cards. Existing gift cards will continue to be accepted through Friday, February 13th. After this period, gift cards will no longer be accepted.
- Returns/Exchanges: Returns/exchanges for merchandise purchased before the closing sale will be accepted in accordance with our usual policies. All merchandise purchased during the closing sale beginning Friday, January 30 will be final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- Credit Cards & OFF 5TH Rewards: We continue to accept payments with SaksFirst credit cards. New purchases made on saksoff5th.com will not earn rewards, but existing rewards can be redeemed until Saturday, February 28.
- Shipping: The shipping policy during the closing sale is unchanged. You can continue to receive free shipping on standard delivery for qualified purchases of $89 or more.
