Capital One Shopping Adds New Gift Card Redemptions

🔃 Update (Aug 08, 2025): Some new options have been added, including eBay (HT: reddit_user_2016). This is the list of gift cards redemption options that I see in my account today.

➡️ Original article: Capital One Shopping normally offers great cashback rates at select merchants. They also offer targeted rates such as 30% back at Giftcards.com for example.

But while the cashback rates are great, redemption options are limited. You can only use your cashback to purchase gift cards through Capital One Shopping.

Over the last few days Capital One Shopping has reshuffled the gift card options available on the site. Walmart, which is obviously a popular retailer, has been removed. Bed Bath & Beyond and Petco were also removed. Safeway was removed and then added back. But there are also some other new options such as DoorDash, Grubhub and more.

Here are all the gift card options that I see in my account:

As a reminder, Capital One Shopping is open to anyone. You do not need to have a Capital One bank account or credit card.
